Pozn.: The Promise is a feature about how music opens the door between two neighbours and make them discover that they need each other.
Louise is playing piano in her room in her new apartment in Copenhagen. One day she finds a letter on the staircase from her downstair neighbour Carol, asking her questions about music.
After months of writing letters back and forth, Louise decides to knock on Carols door to meet her. And so begins a journey where the value of an old promise is tested.
